Here is the official pattern for the original crochet silent fidget, by creator Riley Konesky.

chain 2, sc in to first stitch x8

sc inc in first stitch to close the circle

sc inc in the next 4 stitches

sc in next 4 stitches

inc in next stitch

sc in next 4 stitches

inc in next stitch

sc in next 7 stitches

sl stitch in next 2 stitches, and cut yarn, leaving enough to sew
